Description
Filchers tend to gather near areas of intense action. Perhaps the bright and shiny objects that are frequently dropped and lost in such areas attract them.
As their name suggests, Filchers swoop down to pilfer items and fly off with them. AFS troops are authorized to kill these beasts and return any loot they have collected to a proper vendor.
