Description

Torqueshell guns are more expensive to use than normal pistols, but they have increased range. This gives snipers a bit more leeway in engaging targets that they wish to drop quickly without hitting an entire group.

At anything closer than short range (20 meters), it is advisable to use a different weapon. Machine guns, shotguns, and even standard pistols are superior for purely close-range fighting.

The torqueshell pistol is a niche weapon that fills the gap between rifle range and close range. The torqueshell rifleis suited to traditional sniper duty at long range.
