US Servers: The 30th at 12:01 am Central (5:01 am GMT)(6:01 am CET)
EU Server: The 30th at 2:01 am Central (7:01am GMT)(8:01 am CET)

Q. What is Feedback Friday?
A.  Great question!  Feedback Friday is a weekly article designed to address the concerns of the community and answer any commonly asked questions regarding Tabula Rasa/NCsoft.  These articles will be written by someone from the Tabula Rasa Team (producer, designer, programmer, or community representative). 

Time for another quick, or not so quick update. The team is in correction and stabilization mode right now, and that’s a really good thing. I think balance has greatly improved, and a lot of the features that have been added are excellent additions to the game. You will see those on Tuesday and we look forward to your feedback on them. While it seems like now would be a good time to finally relax after months of crunch, that’s not why you play an MMO. So the question “what’s in store for the upper level player?” has come up, and I thought I would share a sneak peak of some of our plans. 

Many of you have heard my mantra for game development: “Stable, Fast, Fun. In that order.” We need a little more time to make that happen.

There have been several online auction postings where people try to sell the Pre-Order Bonus Pack as a full retail version of the game. We are working with these online auction sites to ensure these type of auctions are removed from their service, but please beware of these potential scams when choosing where to buy your retail copy of Tabula Rasa.

As soon as you have your key, log in to your PlayNC Master Account and use it to create a new game account (this is your green light to get onto the battlefield). Then simply download the game client from Gamershell or from our ftp site and install it. You’ll be feeling the heat of battle in no time.

Now, brace yourself and prepare to fight!
