Tabula Rasa has a server maintenance outage window reserved from 10am-12pm GMT daily. Please note: while we are reserving this daily two-hour period for maintenance updates, they will not necessarily require the entire two hours and additional updates may be scheduled outside this time-period as needed. We may also perform maintenance on additional TR-related servers, such as the web servers, message boards, or login servers.
Please note, Deployments’ implementations may take up to four hours, from 10am.2pm GMT.

Upcoming Hotfix
We are in the process of creating and testing a hotfix that would do the following:
- Give Spies a Respec.
- Fix the bug where your configuration data resets.
- Fix game resolution not displaying correctly (fixes the cursor issue as well).
We don’t have an exact ETA since everything is dependent on testing, but we will get these fixes out as quickly as we safely can.

We’re tracking down an issue that causes certain video cards to display improperly when changing resolutions and may cause the client to shutdown. We are working on a hotfix and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

UPDATE - Military Surplus Issues
We have isolated the root of the problem and have discovered that the issue partly arose after the 1 millionth transaction took place at the Military Surplus. Yes 1 million items have been sold already through the Military Surplus since its recent launch, and that’s only for the European server.
This is no longer a problem but we are working on a fix to make sure this does not happen again.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Military Surplus down
Problems with the Military Surplus System have been reported on Centaurus since today’s server restart, whereby auctioned items weren’t accessible. We are investigating this issue and will update you on the situation as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Hotfix deployed
We’ve identified, made a fix and deployed it for the following issues:
- Military Surplus auctions displaying as “none” (and added some time to those auctions affected),
- the attack speed/damage for staff,
- issue that caused Palisades escort missions not to complete.
We’d like to thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve the issues.

Hotfix for repair cost
With this morning’s patch it appears that repair costs have been affected by the change to item rarity, ending up in prohibitive prices. Also, while new items have an item health of 100, items already in-game still have a lower health of 20, causing items to need to be repaired upon login.
We are applying a hotfix for this issue from 6:30pm to 8:30pm tonight, effectively taking the servers down during the process. We apologise for the annoyance, but your patience should be rewarded

New Live Build Publish Tuesday 11th December 2007
Today’s publish is going to run over the normal maintenance window, we apologise for the inconvenience.
Version 1.3 is being rolled out onto the live servers and contains many bug fixes, festive items, new consumables and a brand new operation!
Please do however bear in mind that the Respec that you’ll get through this new build will only affect your skills, not your attributes. The attribute Respec will be available through a later build!

ToO Assault and Defense Token Changes
As of the last patch, you no longer get control token drops if you are 10 levels higher or lower than the token drop. We realize this has caused several people to be unable to complete some ToO missions. In the next patch Assault and Defense tokens will no longer be required to complete ToO missions so anyone who has completed all the ToO requirements except the tokens will auto-complete the ToO mission.
