Preorder recruits can still fight along until next Monday but after that, you will need to get yourselves a standard or Collector’s code to continue on.
And don’t forget, if you encounter a serious problem, type /petition and hit Enter to access the Petition terminal and contact our Customer Support squad. Now what are you doing still reading this message, go, go, go!

Hello. I’ve been trying to buy certain games off your PlayNC store for a while, but it still says there is a problem with accepting my order. The warning looks like this:
“We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners. “
Next Monday as in the 5th Nov?!!
Even Amazon aren’t due to deliver until after that, surely you could give us until Friday 9th ?!!
Is it possible for US and EU players to play together? I’m in Sweden and i’ve ordered the game (should be coming by mail today), but i’d like to be able to play the game with some friends of mine in Florida. Will they have to get the European version, or me getting the US version, or are both versions one and the same?

I have a serious problem with activating my account.
NC want either my creditcard number or a gametimecard. Now I plan on using gametimecards, but not yet. I get 30days with the game and intend to use those first.
Becouse of this I can´t uppgrade my account and it is really getting on my nerves.

Youu only need your email address to access the Customer Support interface in order to write your petition and send it to them and they can read it and reply to you on that very same email address. They will still need to verify security details that you have yourself entered on your PlayNC account, and hopefully you can remember your security details. If you can’t, there is no way for our Accoutn team to verify that you are the owner of the account and they will not be able to help you as they will consider this a potential fraud attempt.

I pre-ordered a while ago but my TR CE just got shipped today and estimated arrival date is 7.-9. November. Will my characters still be there if I finally can fully activate my account after it will now most likely have an inactive account for a few days?

i just bought this game in the gaming shop and i tried to activate an account because there is 30 days free gaming time (it is on the cover)...but...i couldnt create account with serial number provided..i only could create a master account..not game account...how can i get my 30 days of free gaming?

I paid to play BETA, but now that I want to buy a live copy, the security code does not work. I get all the way to the payout section, but when I attempt to enter the code from the security picture, it fails every time.
