Q. What is Feedback Friday?
A. Great question! Feedback Friday is a weekly article designed to address the concerns of the community and answer any commonly asked questions regarding Tabula Rasa/NCsoft. These articles will be written by someone from the Tabula Rasa Team (producer, designer, programmer, or community representative).
Q. How can I submit my questions for Feedback Friday?
A. You can submit questions/feedback/suggestions through the Feedback Form located on the main website under the “Community” section. Please note, not every question submitted will be addressed in the Feedback Friday article, but all of them will be noted or forwarded to the appropriate department.
Q. What are the names of the servers going to be once Tabula Rasa is live and where are they located?
A. We’ve asked players to submit the names of the servers for both Europe and United States and selected our winning theme: Constellations.
US Servers and locations
o Orion (West Coast)
o Cassiopeia (West Coast)
o Pegasus (East Coast)
o Test Server (East Coast)
EU Servers and locations
o Centaurus (Germany)
Q. Is there an official role-playing server?
A. Alas, thy answer is nay. There is not an official role-playing server at this time; however, players are welcome to choose a server in which to role-play as the “Unofficial Official” role-play server.
Q. I currently play in the beta. What do I have to do to play once Tabula Rasa is live?
A. There are several ways to get into Tabula Rasa after beta. You will first need to purchase a Tabula Rasa Retail Serial Code or a Tabula Rasa Collector’s Edition Serial code. Once you receive your serial code, simply go to the PlayNC Account Management page and log into your PlayNC master account. Choose the Game Accounts option; select your Tabula Rasa beta or preorder game account and then the Upgrade Account link. Follow the instructions on the page to finalize your upgrade to a full retail version account. Why only 1 EU server?.. its at medium now and we are in beta. Surely you expect more people at launch.. perhaps 2 servers would be prudent.
We have more servers available, ready to be switched on when we need it. Our Operations team will be monitoring the situation for optimal gameplay experience.
I declare Centaurus to be the unofficial Euro RP server!
Is this going to be a monthly fee or will it be free lie the guild wars saga?
Have the team discussed allowing some form of skill re-spec? Without it low level skills are hardly useful as you don’t want to waste points on them. Using cloning to re-spec your main character isn’t really what it’s meant for either.
