Launch Day!
Welcome to Tabula Rasa Recruit! The first few days might seem a bit hectic, but war is like that. You’ll soon get the hang of all the explosions and aliens shooting at you around every corner. Do yourself a favor and find a battle buddy to show you the ropes or at least cover your rear.

Q. Are there any trials available for the game?
A. We don’t have any trials available at the moment, but do plan to have some at a later date.
Q. Please make the backpack, auto-close after you loot a crate, or quest item!
A. This is actually a bug that will disappear in an upcoming patch.
Q. Is there a way to view the server status?
A. We *just* added it on the US website, it will come shortly on the European website as it needs adjusting. You can view it by going to RGTR.com and choosing Server Status in the main section of the site.
Q. I’ve noticed the new Clan PvP page. Why hasn’t my PvP clan appeared on this list?
A. Only clans that have participated in clan PvP since the Headstart will appear on the PvP pages.
Q. How do I get my european clan site added to the webpage?
A. Use the Fansite Submission form.

Plz add a 2nd EU server when u can, the present one is very high.
For the love of god please open up more EU servers - lag is through the roof due to the amount of people - if you want people to stay this is a major priorty!

how about more than 1 european server coz its the weekend its laggy like hell
that and i havent got the best connection whats the sub fee cash goin to if not the connection
Until there are different chat channels for different languages or perhaps even servers for different language this game will not be worth playing as you cannot communicate with with atleast 75% of the community due to the many languages in Europe.
how about splitin the channel to english channel
german channel french etc
and what about more eu servers its too dam laggy i dont hav the money for a new or better connection
im payin a fee so do somethin about it
Excellent game, but we really need more EU servers! Preferably localized too, as the german/french/etc. babble is making general chat quite unusable…
This game is great....
The thing about the buddy by your side, is a good idea, but then again the game is so in your face kinda action that playing with random players running around is fun, because they help you anyway, + the general chat is so good that other players will help you with any of your questions
This is a game worth getting…
I playing game from pre-order disk and I can say: Game is great! I’ll want to buy Collector’s Edition, but picture on the box is like nazi sign, especially small sign on left side ( hxxp://clanmia.guildlaunch.com ). Is there any other box for Collector’s Edition?
Plz plz plz add a 2nd EU server the lag is extreme. Also seperate servers for english, french ect
Please open a second eu server this one is a lag fest and if carry,s on so i will for one leave the game
<From Avatea> Opening a second server for the same issues to reproduce on the second before fixing them would defeat the purpose. We fix first then we assess the situation.
More EU servers asap. Same goes for seperated language channels.
Oh and char transfer for us poor souls stuck on a full server.
If that is fixed then this game will be great, right now some zones are unplayable due to high lag.
<From Avatea> The server was full only once since Launch, and not ever since. More resources have been allocated to the EU server to be able to cope with load.
Seriously, the game is great.
Too bad you almost cant play it, there are more bugs then mobs.
Quests you cant complete on wilderness, arieki plains, warnet caverns (i found 3 for now) and just one server for the whole european comunity?
I love this game, but i beg you to fix it, the first thing you need to enjoy a game is being able to fucking play it .

<From Avatea> Hang in there, we are hotfixing a lot of issues at the moment and next build will fix a lot of bugs too.
One euro server is a joke, not having language specific chat channels shows a lack of thought for the Europeans.

Like i said in my “feedback” it’s a real joke that the preorder gave us 3 days headstart but i still didn’t get my retail copy, because my supplier didn;t had it 2 days ago. Thanks for a shitty distribution.
<From Avatea> Boxes were sent to the distributors in each country months ago, it’s up to them to dispatch them to their respective points of sales. I’m sorry you experienced that problem but you should use the available customer support channels provided by your retailer.
Awesome game. No doubt my favourite game ATM.
The few times I’ve experienced lag, I just switched to another map and that solved the problem.
Otherwise, select lower graphics details, that should give a boost in performance (Try to turn on the auto settings).
Too many servers will just give you fewer people to play with.
I’m sure that most of the currently bugs will be fixed asap. You just need a little patience.
Please make the capture points harder… its very rare to get assault tokens, or make more waves. they spend more time taking out the big guns so get wiped out easy. make it a challenge....to take them bases back and to keep them.
