Screenshot utility

The Screenshot utility is currently functioning on the live servers, but there is a small error that will be fixed in an upcoming patch. The error is that the ScreenShot folder is not created automatically when you take your first screenshot.

Here is the workaround:

You must first create a folder in your Tabula Rasa directory called ScreenShots (with two uppercase S’s). The default directory is C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Tabula Rasa. Once you create this folder, launch the game and use the Prt Scrn button to take a screenshot and it should appear in your newly created folder.
